A nice experience and the pre booked alpine chalets were a lovely touch. Being able to have a sit down and get some warmth was really nice and made the visit much more enjoyable. The named reserved sign was a nice touch as well. The girls working on the bar and the crepe stand were lovely and really polite. This wasn’t any more expensive than other Christmas events of this type, but obviously the bill can mount for large families or people that wish to drink.Next year I hope to see more games and rides, possibly even a few market type stalls! We managed to luck out and visit on a Friday night, but the World Cup was on and so it was fairly quiet :)

Had a good night here, the rides were fun with little queuing. The ice rink was great and really enjoyed my time on it. The food was good for the type of event. We had passes for all the rides.I think teens and family's would enjoy this.Food prices seem to range from £7 - £9.

I wasn’t expecting much but I was surprised. It was better than what I expected. Okay it’s very small but the ambiance is cool and it’s beautiful. Worth the visit if you’re nearby!

There are lots of rides and some scary ones. We first rode the bumper cars ride. We had to control the car so it doesn't hit any other cars. It was lots of fun. Next we went to Monkey world. We explored the adventure of monkeys and it was very fun. At the top of monkey world, we had a good view of the winter wonderland. We needed a super big and super fun slide to get back down from monkey world. At last, we went on the giant wheel. It was fun and big. Then we exploredWinter wonderland. We were looking at a massive ice skating rink. Everybody is enjoying there. We bought some chocolate and had coffee there. It's a very good experience.

I absolutely loved going here with my boyfriend! The rides are rather expensive but I would say the wrist band was worth it as we had many hours of fun and went on every ride multiple times! They have a fun house, bumper cars, swinging chairs, lots of fast and crazy rides and a very cute reindeer ride too. I loved the carnival games too and the food and drinks were delicious.Lovely staff too who are very friendly! Will defo come again!

We loved it !! It was the best decision to avoid central London & Hyde Park is already outdated, messy , too crowded for us.The Park is a little smaller as well as the ice rink, but if you want to avoid crowds & central is a good seasonal spot to visit. We also found the ice skates better quality than the ones in Hyde Park. They also have red carpets which made it more clean looking compared to muddy Hyde Park.Food & prices are high but you can't expect low costs around Christmas time, and you also go once a year so it is worth it. Kids had loaads of fun on the rides & ice rink! The caravans toilets are smelly & uncleaned so if that was okay, everything was perfect!

It is a very good place to spend 4-5 hours of your time. Unlimited rides and ice skating at 25pounds. But parking there costs 3.30 pounds for 2 hours.
