I ordered Venetian and Perfect Fit Venitan blinds, for my new Airbnb, from VBC in Oakham. They were measured and installed in super quick time by a lovely friendly fitter called Jack. I am so pleased with the results, they look amazing!

Very happy with the blind I had fitted. Very unhappy that the fitter's van leaked oil on my drive which I have been unable to remove. I called the company about this and I was offered an apology.

When we moved into our house there was blinds on the windows from this company and they were 20 years old and needed replacements.We went in and spent a long look of the huge amount of variety of blinds and patterns on offer and they were only too happy to advise.They arranged a design appointment and came out a few days later.We made our selection of colours,style etc and it didn't take long to make them for us.They even managed to use the original brackets which saved us money.Overall very happy with them.

We had new vertical concertina blinds 5 years ago on our new-build bungalow - recently a couple of blinds failed (strings broken). I took them back to VBS who repaired and restrung quickly and efficiently for just £15 - a great service. We will be using them again!

BEWARE Appalling customer service especially the Manager Neil also front desk staff no customer service skills no smile at all. Bought all blinds for my house there all Romans ridiculously expensive for some considering it's just a piece of material and some plastic with a pulley. Unfortunately the product is rubbish as after only 2 years clips came off some blinds leaving them looking unsightly and hanging at one side and after phoning the company they explain the can't even get the part!!!! Avoid, cheap product and very very bad customer service.
