The worst delivery service I have wasted my time wait for a delivery which never came took photo of door which is not mine or one of my neighbours , episode 2/ next day said it would be delivered , by different driver , driver delayed and still not here , going to save them a trip to never never land , and will phone sky and cancel my order

Drivers and useless, only deliver when the can be bothered, otherwise it’s “can’t find the address” - you found it fine last week!! Parcels being held for no valid reason

Absolutely horrendous company nothing but problem after problem for weeks. Between not being able to find my address then re-arrange delivery to a new address, only for the lazy tyneside drivers to leave it wherever they feels is best. Joke!!

Karl should have delivered my parcel today 23rd August.No delivey arrived. Obviously they can't be botheredI contacted DPD only to be toldMy delivey was refused, then I am told they could not find my address. How can a delivey be refused when it never arrives. Dreadful service

No matter how many times I contact DPD they still cannot rectify the simple task of getting packages delivered to my house. It’s happened so many times now I’ve lost count. I get promise after promise but it just does not get rectified. We are the only property at our post code and Google maps and others bring you straight here as well as all other delivery companies managing to deliver to us. We have a photo of our house and safe place on mine and my wife’s app profile and a contact number, but this still seems too difficult for them.

This company are beyond incompetent, they have been advised to put parcels outside my terminally ill brothers door . They continually leave them in a corridor downstairs. My brother is needing these deliveries as its his tube feed that keeps him alive . Ridiculous

Shocking experience! Ordered for next day delivery, didn't arrive and was left an email saying they would attempt next day. Van came and went with no delivery. Driver said it wasn't at the depot to collect hence not delivered. Their system and the sellers system say they have it. I'm down cash and still have no product.
