UK Storage Company Yeovil

What a fabulous facility!! We were referred to UK Storage Company by our Son who had just started to use their base In Yeovil.From the initial telephone enquiry as to pricing & availability I encountered polite, informative and friendly staff via telephone & email.The instructions as to how to access the facility & individual unit were easy to follow and what's more were exact! The unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, lighting was fabulous throughout.On vacating the unit you are once more provided with clear instructions & reminded to take the lock & keys with you.I would have no hesitation in returning to UK Storage Company should I require storage in future.

I was very impressed with the service provided. I was helped through the process and was very confident that my goods were well protected with the security measures inside and outside. It was only for a short period of time I needed storage for miscellaneous items, but the discount during the first month was very helpful to me. The normal monthly cost was also very reasonable. The company listened to my personal circumstances and took 'on board' and was very fair to me. I would have no hesitation in either using the company again (with my saved key), or in recommending them to anyone who needed to use a storage facility.

We rented a unit for a period spanning Dec 2020 to Sept 2021. The premises are clean and tidy. Trolleys just inside the door. Goods lift if you are on upper floor. We were on 1st floor. The lighting comes on, as you walk around -motion detectors i guess.Plenty of accessibility, we never needed the out of hours service.All our goods were kept safe and dry.Thank you to UK storage customer service for their help answering my emails and supplying necessary invoices for the removal company to show French customs.Would recommend based on my experience.

Excellent facility. Value for money. Nicely kept. Clean and tidy. I have a smaller locker but always amazed with the amount I can get in there.Clean toilet facility. Staff always quick to help on the telephone. Even the time I got stuck in there.

We were very pleased with this storage facility. It's clean, easily accessible and well-run. Communications were clear, and the staff always polite and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to use again if the need arose.

Disappointing. Small trolleys, a manual lift, storage was miles from the door and the journey included a ramp. Sorry but not for me!

Very helpful staff and an easy process from start to finish.The Yeovil site is very easy to access and the trollies are a great help.
