It's been 2 months since we came here, last time we had food missing and again last night we ordered the 12 piece boneless share bucket they only gave us 10 pieces of chicken! Didn't want to drive all the way back. Only one friendly staff member on the tills.The chicken was really greasy and we wasn't given the correct size popcorn chicken

We have been coming here at least once a month drive-thru park and eat, sometimes the chicken is cooked very well and tasted lovely and other times it's little bit under cooked. Too many drumsticks in a bargain bucket, I personally hated drumstick when I brake into the meat and it looks undercook and can't eat it. Perphap someone should look into this.

Staff were so rude when they forgot a large portion of our order and I had to return. Basically called me a liar and said on another day they wouldn't have replaced food that they forgot as it was unclear on CCTV whether it was packed? Weren't going to replace the whole order despite food being cold and ice cream being melted until I resisted. Even then had to resist again to get ice cream replaced.

Not very friendly staff. Elderly female member of staff asked me why still at drive through window, we were checking our order was ok and had no one waiting behind.

Best KFC in the area food is always quick hot and made perfectly. As a frequent traveler I find this one to be the best I've found in the country for taste and service. Only shame is they won't deliver.

The food was great I had to take all the drinks back as they all tasted off water not coke or cherry Coke but the staff were great and got us other drinks no questions asked. The restaurant was a bit dirty though.

Twice we’ve tried this establishment so won’t bother in future. Ordered a boneless bucket, sat in the car very hungry. Not a boneless bucket at all - given bone in chicken. Chips dreadfully salty. Order returned but they then tried to charge extra. Given what we’d ordered and paid for but grudgingly. Not recommended at all. In future we will travel to Norwich as the staff here appear useless.
