We will never go anywhere else. If you are looking for a down to earth, honest, hardworking garage this is the best. We had a great relationship with a different garage but this was then taken over and it wasn't good. We tried a different garage and again not good.Went to NRK a couple weeks ago to fix drivers window, service was professional, they fitted us in ASAP, supplied a well looked after courtesy car and had completed work by end of day even after I explained We hoped to sell car in a few months and they even nearly talked themselves out of work suggesting i not spend money on a car i was getting rid of. Very thorough, pricing was so much better than I expected, after our first experience I knew we would use them from now on.I called them a week later as car didn't feel good and we were going on holiday on Monday and I just wanted a quick check on Saturday morning to see if it was serious. They squeezed us in and within an hour I recieved a call to tell me not to sink more money into a knackered car. So honest, talked me through all the work that would be needed and wouldn't even take payment for looking at it.I feel so confident going back to them once we have our new car, rapport felt good, they were almost able to diagnose just by my description of issues and didn't laugh at my description of it feeling like a flintstones car!They took me seriously, listened and didn't do that 'female driver doesn't have a clue' attitude.Literally cannot speak highly enough.

Honest, friendly the best garge I've gone to so far , and explains things very clear about your car what was wrong with it . Plus do Courtesy cars .Highly recommended

Very disappointed.Was recommended this garage by a friend as a good one. He's been an usual client of them.I ordered Brake Discs and pads for my car and asked them to fit. They've refused to do because I bought the parts online.Found this quite odd as my friend does exactly the same. He buys the parts himself asks them to fit and they did.

Pros:Very friendly staff and very professional.Managed to work around my work schedule to fit me in, which was very much appreciated.Con:Booked my car in for an inspection service and an MOT, and told the member of staff when booking, that I do my own filter changes and oil changes myself. So just need the inspection service and nothing else.They unfortunately didn't note this down and changed my brand new Castrol oil, oil filter and pollen filter, meaning I had wasted close to £200 in total of money on two full services, as well as my own time doing my own service.Unfortunately, I had someone collect the car and pay on my behalf, due to work commitments. So, didn't get to check it over before paying.So would recommend being very specific to what you require from them, should you have work done by them.

The guys at NRK are absolutely fantastic they recovered my van for me when the alternator went and fit me in really quickly to get the work done at a reasonable cost.I also bought a car which turned out to be a complete dud and they helped me figure out what was wrong and how to follow it up with the MOT garage and VOSA. Totally trustworthy and reliable.
