I was helped by Jay at your store today, and was so impressed with her knowledge of the products. She was super helpful and friendly, and made chosing the right walking boots and socks much easier. Great member of staff x

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by staff and asked if her assistance was required and I asked them for a product that was only available online which was such a shame because they didn't have none in the store at this time but at least they did assist me as best as I could say. Friendly staff willing to help but unfortunately at this time this wasn't possible but well worth of a visit

Well laid out, diverse options in regard to style of items available. However, absolutely ridiculous availability for women's clothing. Everything is heavily stocked in sizes 12 and under, or 20. Very little of anything in the in-between sizes which the average woman sits between. Specifically I went for trousers, and found approx 6 items out of the whole range in a 14-18 size. I know stock varies from each store, but please consider discussing your stocked sizes with head office to be more accessible to everyone, not just slim women.
