Absolutely horrific experience. I went to fix my laptop at Burnt Oak Mr Wireless and the guy wanted to charge me an extra £20 for his own pocket! He said it's personal consultation fee and not related to Mr Wireless and that he charges that to every customer. I was shocked and said I want my laptop back. At this point the guy who was eastern European became excessively threatening and tried to even throw my laptop in the floor. Thankfully other customers intervened. I am now contemplating legal action against this company for the threatening behaviour!! Beware of Mr Wireless especially the Burnt Oak shop!!

This place is awful- be very careful before thinking about trusting this place with your valuble equipment. They are not responsive, unreliable and incredibly unprofessional. My laptop took so long to fix and the lack of communication was causing me so much stress that I begged for the laptop back. My boyfriend went to collect it for me and the man who gave it back to him asked HIM what was wrong with it! Complete waste of time and horrendous experience. Very unfair especially in these times to treat people like this.

great customer service ever! gave me the cheapest deal in the high street, I bought a phone of them and he also gave me a free tempered glass for my phone. very polite and freindly staff.

I was looking for phone and I checked everywhere in burntoak and Edgware no one give more then 28 days WARRANTY but this shop they give more then 6 months warranty and I'm so happy with phone I got the stuff is so nice as well .

I went in with my laptop for repair, I explained I thought the problem was overheating and that I thought it just needed a clean up and to check the fan. The guy took one brief look at it, switched it on (it turned off after a minute), said its a problem with the hard drive and the motherboard and it is too difficult to repair. I then went to the computer repair shop opposite this place and they fixed it, it was exactly what I thought the problem was.I can't comment on other services they provide with phones but I am a very cautious person with my laptop and phone and would only go to places that I trust or that have good reviews.

They booked me for the bext day as they said they will order the part, went there next day and the guy didn't even bother ordering the part. I would not recommend this shop even if it was the last place on earth. Very rude and uneducated staff epecially when their boss is not there. They don't look happy working in there. Not recommending the place!!!!

Handed in my IPhone 5S with a cracked glass. They insisted on replacing the whole screen for £55. When I got it back the home button and vibrate were not working, when questioned they wanted another £25 to replace the home button. Not good!
