Great place. Clean and very comfortable at a very good price. Host went above and beyond. Lovely bloke. Got us all a drink because he was feeling festive and even made us a pack up because we had to get up too early for the breakfast. Would go back if in the area again.

Great place if you’re on a budget. The room was clean and tidy with all amenities you might need. The owner was also very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location near the docks with plenty of food options. It’s also less than 10 min walk to high street and a little bit further to the train station.

A comfortable little place close to all the sights and ammenities.The owner was very accommodating, fitting us in at the last minute and he was flexible about the breakfast and check out times. For only £60 for the night we had a clean and tidy room with a very comfortable bed and a large tasty full english breakfast... bargain!

I've used this friendly hotel many times before and cannot recommend it enough. Trish and Frank will do all they can to accommodate. A very good breakfast with large TVs and free wifi in the rooms. Location is next to Gloucester Quays and Dock area, so plenty of options for eating out and shopping. A well deserved 5 stars in my opinion...

Nice location but the place needs to hire pest control as I found bedbugs (and caught two). Tried to get to reception the next morning at 8am but no one was there until at least 9am although they had a sign saying reception open from 8am. Also no one picking up phone calls so I left at 9 to attend my appointment. Tried to deny having bedbugs without investigation when I returned. Lady was nice enough to offer full refund until I showed her picture evidence.

A well maintained and newly decorated b and b. A very old fashioned but very comfortable beds, but no chairs available, or space to suit and watch TV. Good to have fridge and microwave. Breakfast good but very oily, probably everything deep fried. Good location next to the quays. And very easy to access by car.

Nicest of the range of hotels and B&Bs I've stayed at over the past weeks. Very clean room with a fridge (and fresh milk!) and side garden view. Soft towels. Good bathroom fan.Super lovely staff. Just across the street from the Quay, and walking distance from the train station. This town has almost nothing nice but this hotel is great!!

Upon arrival I was greeted with a very warm welcome and treated like family rather than a customer. The rooms were very comfortable, breakfast was very nice and it's very close to the town centre/Quays, and all in all a beautiful place to walk around. Thank you Frank & Trish for your hospitality, can't wait to come back.

Comfy rooms with everything you'd want. Good beds. I slept so comfortably in them!!Very friendly owners.Very close to the dock area with loads of restaurants etc.Only caveat: That road is noisy on a weekend night. Ask for one of the few rear-facing rooms or bring very good ear plugs.

Lovely and clean. Beds are really comfortable and our hosts were more than accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and more than we could eat. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Will no doubt be using this establishment again.
