Excellent service from Bletchley Branch we spoke to Sam on Saturday couple of weeks ago and told to come back with relevant paperwork which we did had help to switch our current account to Nationwide. Since then we have been totally informed regarding this and kept up to date through process

Absolute shocking service, promised money to switch accounts and never delivered. Promised call back after call back and never received them.Many wasted trips in to branch, will be moving all my accounts elsewhere.Avoid at all costs.
