Great customer care after ringing numerous other places (I’ve never done this before) I was given a list to order from the person who’s doing my new path and step!!! everywere else I tried was asking me lots of questions I didn’t have answers for, I was simply ordering what the builder asked me to order ready for the job this week!!but Terry from the kings dock site was so helpful I didn’t need the items til 9th april (this week) but nothing was too much bother, he was so lovely and thorough put me right at ease, thank you again and look forward to my delivery this week. Oh and also everywere else charge delivery even if you are spending £400!! But delivery was free here so even extra brownie point, highly recommended

good quality timber at rock bottom prices. delivery drivers very helpful too always offer to carry my delivery into my back garden which is a god send for a wimp like me lol. beers is the only place i will order my diy project materials from. 5 stars

Great service as always with these! Made the ordering and delivering process very easy.They were able to deliver it at short notice and on the weekend at a time that suited me best!All the materials were wrapped securely and weather proofed for the work to start a couple of days later!Really friendly and knowledgeable right throughout, from the depot staff through to the delivery guys!Would definitely be using these again!

We’ve been searching everywhere for dado rail and thought we’d try beers. There selection was great and we found exactly what we were looking for.A young guy who worked there stopped us as we were on our way in asked us what we were looking for took us straight there and talked through the selection and how we’re going about ordering it what a great service.Just ordered it now. Great staff!

We went to Beers yesterday and what can I say!!! The staff at both the sites in Liverpool we've used are wonderful. Nothing is to much trouble.Never ever have we been there and received poor service.I would recommend Beers to anyone looking for good quality building/DIY materials and a consistently superb staff service. Brilliant!!!!!
