Elegant Nails

Awful! I paid for a pedicure and there’s loads of old skin still left on my feet and toes and that’s not the worst of it! I mistakenly smudged my big toe twice (they didn’t fix it properly the first time) and they had a go at me twice because of this! Quite literally unbelievable! I was so shocked! Disgusting customer service, I will NEVER use them again! I will also tell others not to use these people either!

An amazing family run business whom are always friendly and welcoming. A great choice of colours available as well as eye lash extensions and mocroblading of eye brows.

The only place I will get my nails done on the high street, by far the best. The staff are so lovely, friendly, welcoming and professional. I am always pleased with my nails when I leave. They also offer a loyalty card which is great value for someone who regularly gets their nails done. They have adapted since the salons have reopened requesting everyone to wear a face mask in order to access the salon, use hand gel upon entry and take your personal details. I felt completely safe during my manicure and pedicure all staff were wearing PPE and bookings were by appointment only. I would highly recommend this salon.

I had my acrylic nails done here for holiday and asked for simple French tips but these were done horribly. Not to mention that I was cut multiple times with the drill and when I asked for square shaped nails, I was given coffin nails. The shapes of my nails are all different and half of my nails have not been painted properly. My nail beds are in agony and red as they have been drilled down too far. When I said that I was not satisfied with my nails, I was told that it was my fault that they looked that way. I am extremely disappointed as now I have to go to my usual salon to get my nails taken off plus a new set which will cost me extra money I shouldn’t have to pay in the first place.

The nail technician was not patient enough to let me explain the design/ style I wanted. She actually raised her voice telling me to decide now! because she felt I was taking too long. Bare in mind there were only three customers including myself in the shop and the other two customers were being looked after. She also did not prep my cuticles and proceeded to roughly push them back with her own nails when the SNS was coming in contact with my skin.I also noticed she has a wart on a finger on her right hand and she wasn't wearing gloves.She then asked me to pay half way through working on my nails. Now, I'm not sure if this is standard practice but my usual nail tech has never demanded payment midway through service. The overall result was amateur...ish and lacking finese.Sadly, there was nothing Elegant about my nails or the treatment I recieved.

Heard great things about here from friends. Got acrylics and had the worst experience ever at a nail shop. The lady doing my nails was very harsh and kept nicking me on my cuticles, was pulling my nailsand bending my fingers in ways they could not. Then would have an attitude if i accidentally moved my finger.Now my nails, i asked for coffin shape and i didn’t get that, they’re all crooked and the top coat is missing in spots on all of my nails. Cut to different lengths on top of all that. Very bad experience for me, sorry to say.

Been there for pedicure and manicure for the last 3 months and the staff is very nice and accommodating. Work wise I have got the best experience from here after trying 3 other saloons in High Street. So overall highly recommended!!

Had SNS on natural nails done a week ago. I go to a different salon on the High Street every 3 weeks but they were busy so I decided to give Elegant Nails a try. Worst decision ever. It looked nice when done but within a week all al lof my nails started breaking and flaking at the tips. After 3 straight years of perfect nails my nails are ruined. I am beyond angry!

Amazing service everyone was so nice the price was £33 but I only had £30 and they did it for thirty. We had a bit of a laugh and they were very gentle with it and the results turned out outstanding. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

I have the worst nails and experience ever in this place. My nails look nothing like the pictures and they look like the stick on for kids from primark. When I tried to say something about the colour the nail tech said she likes the colour as if the nails where hers.At the end my friend complained because I wasn’t happy, and we got verbally assaulted by all 3 of them saying that it was my fault were I clearly stated the issues and got told I was a liar. The nail tech also started raising her voice and not one apology was sad until I said I wasn’t going to come back.On the price card a soak off and full set on nails was 33£ whether all 4 got told by the lady that stared shouting that we had to pay 40£ and got asked for this money right in the middle of my nails getting done which I have never experienced before.Never again please steer away from this nail shop because it is definitely not elegant or anything along those lines.
