I’ve just had a front door replaced, patio doors repaired and several windows renewed from a previous less than satisfactory company. Couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. Sharon kept me fully updated with pricing, ordering, delivery and fitting. Customer satisfaction is obviously important to this company unlike the previous company I’d employed.

Sharon was very helpful, responded quickly and gave advice. We had some old stained glass panels which we needed to be removed from old timber, renovated and then encapsulated in double glazed units. Unfortunately the old glass was not cleaned up very well and therefore we now have to live with the dirty marks on the edges of the coloured glass which is rather disappointing given that this would have not take very long to do at the right time

Very professional and honest. Even though I didn't use their services I would definitely recommend and would use in the future. They responded quickly to my query, came quickly to assess the fault and honestly advised that we should contact our original supplier as the windows were still within the warranty. I had the old wooden front windows of my 1930s terrace replaced with uPVC, including encapsulation of the original stained glass leaded lights. I am so pleased with the result. The bubble glass effect which I love so much has been preserved and looks even better than before. Sharon is patient and easy to deal with and clearly passionate about what she does. The fitters did a great job of tidying up and making good. Highly recommended.

We are so pleased with the quality of the encapsulated leaded glass window. Sharon spent a lot of time with us in her workshop to get the glass colours and design tweaked. The final product was superb and brightens our landing/hall up. The removal of the old window and fitting the new one was very quick by Michael and Tony. We would definitely use Knowles Stained Glassworks again.

We were going to replace the polycarbonate on our conservatory roof but we were advised by Sharon that short term it would be much better to put the doors and window back in between the kitchen and the conservatory. The work was carried out and we couldn't be happier. The quality of the products supplied and the workmanship were faultless. Great advice and worked out cheaper than our original plan. Would definitely use them again!

Following a slight mishap, one of the stained glass panels in our front door was damaged. We contacted Knowles Stained Glassworks with regards to the repair and were so impressed with the service. They were so knowledgeable and undertook the repair work with great care. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.(three before and one after pic)

Excellent customer service, quick turn around for our building project and a lovely finish. I wanted a pretty window for a family bathroom (instead of just frosted glass). I had a few ideas and the team delivered a double glazed stain glass unit that exceeded expectations. I love it. Thanks for all of the hard work. Images below are before the build finished (and so sorry for the mess). But hope you agree how pretty the window is!

We have used Knowles previously for glazing throughout our property and the service and workmanship have always been excellent.The job was far from a straight swap with the removal of an old front door along with internal and external cupboards, replacing it with a modern door and side lights. This has transformed the property and it has been a seamless process from the initial visit to discuss plans, to the installation and completion of the work.Mike and Tony's quality of workmanship is second to none and would not hesitate to recommend Knowles.
