Nice store, but I found it a little too compact for me, & I really did miss an in-store cafe, but good enough range of food, drink & household items to purchase along with newspapers & magazines, etc,etc.

Having spent in excess of £100-200 each week for the last 9 or more years. (£70,000)..We were appalled to find an order of fresh pairs costing about £2.36 and so so over ripe would not be credited without proof of a photo.On raising this with their head office and a promise of a call back within 72 hours, that was not received, we have voted with our feet and are now shopping elsewhere. We will do the same with their John Lewis store.Clearly the John Lewis group / Waitrose store don’t care you have been a loyal customer.

Awful shopping experiences why is there only card payments on self serve? I only wanted a few items and the tills was busy I wanted to spend my cash, you are contributing to cashless sociality, I put all my items back I will not be spending my money in Waitrose, your loss .

Waitrose & Partners Dorchester
Waitrose is the business class of supermarkets. It's a little more expensive than the blue-collar supermarket's, but you pay for quality products and attentive staff. Dorchester town centre store isn't massive but adequate for your weekly groceries. Multistorey carpark below the shop and very close to the town centre. No real negatives apart from the size of the store.
