Was given appointment for a specific day but they managed to fit me in on the same day that I called.Same day service, boiler fixed in a hour.Would recommend to other customers.Big thanks Anne.A++++++++

As winter draws in I wanted to get out boiler serviced and Paul came out the same day. We had been experiencing some intermittent hot water issues and he quickly got to the bottom of a leak and fixed the issue as part of the service. We are moving to an old house in need of extensive work and Paul and the team at Wilson Plumbing will be the first ones I call to install a new boiler and replace all the radiators in the property. Thank you.

Wilsons are the very best there is.Every time I have used them, I have been absolutely delighted with the way they conduct their business. They are always professional, friendly, fast and efficient.On Monday evening my daughter's boiler went wrong. I contacted Diane at Wilson Plumbing and Heating Ltd the following morning. By Tuesday lunchtime the engineer came out to fix it. Unfortunately, it was a very old boiler and dangerous so had to be condemned. My daughter was very worried that she wouldn't have heating and hot water for a long time and at this time of year that was a big worry. However, this lovely company worked hard to ensure that wasn't the case and even though there had to be landlord approval for a new boiler. They sorted all of that directly with him.By Wednesday lunchtime the engineer was back to install a brand-new boiler and by later that afternoon she had hot water and heating back.This is not the first time we have used Wilsons and most definitely won't be the last because I don't believe there is service as good anywhere.

Quick, efficient and reasonably priced.After moving into our new house in January this year we were in need of the gas boiler to be serviced. We called Wilson Plumbing who gave us a quote and were quick to get someone round to do the job. Since then we have used them to fit a new gas fire, new valves for the radiators and yesterday to fit and connect a heated towel rail in the bathroom. All the jobs have been done quickly and professionally and at affordable prices. From the office staff to the engineers, everyone has been efficient and courteous. It has been a pleasure to deal with this reliable company and we will only use these from now on and will recommended them to people looking for this type of service.

An Outstanding contractor.From my first contact with Diane Wilson to final install and commisioning the service was outstanding. I had very urgent deadlines due to a lack of heating, and Wilson's juggled their workload to accommodate this. Work on site was efficient, clean and tidy, and everybody who came to the house were helpful and friendly. I don't have enough words to praise them adequately.

Our hot water went and was recommended wilson. Gave them a call and had a guy round in no time. Straight to the point very friendly got the job done.

Fantastic Company. Diane on reception is outstanding. Craig and the other staff are friendly and very helpful. 'they go the extra mile'. great advice and helpful. Craig advised me that our Worcester Boiler's heat exchanger was still 2 months in warranty so to contact Worcester Bosch where I could get on for FREE one ( with a small labour charge ) Saved us over £2000. I cant think of anything negative to say. would not hesitate to contact them in the future. Brilliant !! Thank You !!

Just had a vary bad experience with this company.this is the first and last time I have/will use them as a single man living with his 3 adult boys been left with no gas boiler for heating and water in the middle of a cold spell .no solution given just sorry got to turn your boiler off sign here not told why or no full explanation. Seems like retaliation for not getting given work after I decided to look for a cheaper quote. Its a long story but I was always open and honest with the company so they new what was going on and unfortunately my builders turned up and started putting on a garage roof . So left with no option by the plumber just turned boiler of and walked away this should be illegal I think. Parting words of plumber if you get it sorted fine or you can pay us to come back and reinstate the boiler for you . No thanks . Exceptional serviceFrom making the first phone call to recieving a final bill and certificate, the service has been very good. Diane at the office and Paul the engineer who attended were helpful, professional, efficient and friendly. Costs were very reasonable. Highly recommended.
