Cannot rate these guys highly enough for the service they offer. 100% a continued customer for them going forward. Definitely recommend. I have only given 5 stars as it allow me to put 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Popped down to visit this wonderful facility last weekend. The staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. He assisted me with selecting the correct species for my fairly new system. He advised a product called goop which boosted my filter allowing me to stock a good quantity of fish.Tank is now looking amazing, bright and colourful fish. The entire family love watching the tank of an evening.

A great range of fish available to order. All tanks are individually filtered, reducing the risk of cross infections. No shop is able to completely avoid unhealthy fish, but from my experience if you ever have problems the staff are totally happy to resolve them fairly with no quibbles. This gives confidence which is important when buying online as you can't see what you're getting, but I know any issues will be dealt with appropriately- in my case they went above and beyond what I expected.

Delivered exactly when the said they would and the fish looked healthy (although I'm not entirely convinced I got exactly the colour type I ordered!).That's the risk you take when you order online.I'm still very pleased with the service and will be back again.

Very impressed. The variety of the fish available was too numerous even to put a guess at. There was also a computerised screen by the front door where you could find the fish you were looking for easily and a great deal of information about each one. Of course the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. The tanks were all clean with crystal clear water and every fish looked healthy. I believe The Trop Co are only open on Fridays and Saturdays to the public, but you can order on line. If you do wish to get your fish this way, you can virtually guarantee that they will be healthy on arrival. Can't wait to go back and shop again.
