Newport Post Office
As a regular user of this Post Office I have never been greeted or served in anything other than a friendly and efficient manner :)The open nature of the building does mean that sometimes the staff are seen to be at the counter even when they are doing 'back office' work which might explain why some customers mutter about them not serving the queue but when you see the way some customers speak to the staff extra credit should be given to the staff for maintaining their smiles and professional service!

I don’t know what I’d do without them. Great honest and friendly team always helping me out. This Saturday 15th July 2023 went above and beyond to help me with a parcel. I can’t thank them enough. All a great bunch, best post office ever

Newport Post Office
I visit this Post Office at least once every week to send parcels for my job. The post office staff are ALWAYS polite and friendly. They know their jobs very well too despite some strange queries I sometimes have! I also notice they are very patient with all the elderly customers that visit, keeping them calm, explaining things to them clearly and ensuring they understand the transactions, bill payments and so on. A great Post Office and great staff!

Newport Post Office
Visited Newport post office yesterday. This is always my post office of choice. The staff are so warm and friendly and so helpful. Paula was her usual cheerful self and never fails to make customers smile with a kind word and has so much patience answering whatever questions are put to her. In fact all the staff are a joy. Thank goodness we have this post office on our high street.
