My family and i found this service in this dentist practice absolutely shocking so we moved to a much better practice

Excellent dentist who talked me through everything and made me feel at ease. Could not have been any better

I called earlier this year as I was registered with the practice pre-pandemic and had some work done before the world closed down. I was told my dentist had left and they were trying to recruit a new dentist to take on all of their previous patients. I thought this was reasonable so I decided to hang on a few more months and give it another go to see if I could get in for a checkup. After all- I was told I was still registered which was a weight off my shoulders. Cut to a few weeks ago; I woke up with horrendous toothache out of the blue and rang to make an appointment. I was told I was no longer a patient and the 'new management' had taken over and was more or less the reason behind it. What a way to treat people? I was however told I could make a private appointment and would be seen. I honestly don't know why I work, pay tax and NI. DISGRACE

Going to the dentist makes me really anxious, but all the dentists at mydenist are kind, friendly and understanding. It's a massive bonus they now also have friendly reception staff too.

I have been having treatment here since February as my own dentist didn’t offer what I was looking for. I can honestly say that I made the right choice. They offer a very professional service from start to finish. Special mention to the reception staff who looked after me so well. I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist than Josie, your work is exceptional and I am very pleased with the results (thank you). Would highly recommend this practice if you are considering any kind of dental work.

I have been a patient at mydentist Wallsend for many years. Kelly and the girls on reception are very friendly, and always do their best to fit you in.Laura is my dentist and looks after me. Liselle is a total professional dentist who never fails to impart confidence and reassurance no matter what work is needed. A seriously compromised tooth was repaired and saved by taking time, patience and expertise to solve the problem. In awe of how lucky I am to have her as my dentist

I 've had my last check up 2 yrs ago, in February 2023 I've booked appointment for myself and children to find out 1 week before my appointment that I can't be seen by Laura as I've never been her patient. Apparently my appointment in Feb was a mistake. I have been with this practice for 13 yrs and it's sad to see how rapidly they're going down . Laura is probably the only dentist who I remember being there for years. I 've been through 5 different dentists and today I couldn't even make an appointment for a checkup for my kids, my daughter needs to be seen every 3 months, my other children every 6 months, however today I was told to call mid September and make an appointment. Probably by the time I will be seen by the dentist, she or he will leave and my appointment will be cancelled again.Miss the time when this practice had a lovely receptionist called Barbara. I didn't like the way receptionist was talking to me either.
