Shoto Ryu Karate
I have been attending tai chi classes with Peter for several weeks now and really enjoy it. I found it difficult at first as there is so much more to it than I had anticipated but it was well worth persevering. It is much more energetic than I first imagined and really good for the mental health as I really need to concentrate to learn the different positions. I can really recommend it.
