As someone who has been exercising for over 20 years, I can confidently say Candy's classes are the best! She is very knowledgeable and her classes are very creative. She always manages to throw something different even for me after so many years. She's warm and friendly. During her classes, we talk all things life - kids, husbands, holidays, fun things to do, films, books, you name it! It feels more like a coffee morning with the girls than an exercise class but she makes sure you get a good workout, too. Her studio is comfortable, tastefully decorated with lots of natural light. On warmer days, we exercise in the garden which is such a treat!

I have been going to Candy’s garden pilates classes for a few years now and really look forward to the class each week. Her sessions flow seamlessly, one exercise leading naturally into the next and she always offers explanations of why we’re doing each movement, which I really like.
