I needed a specific track Rod type end, for a control arm in a IVECO IRISBUS minibus electric door.Not having any luck on Google, as I didn't know the right thing to search for.(at the time).Found TDR on eBay, showing 3 possibilities.Did it the wrong way round and ordered one. Then had buyers remorse.So emailed straight away to put it on hold.The next-day rang and spoke to Allan in technical, we decided it would possibly be the closes to the original.It wasn't, returned and refunded with no issues.So we tried again, by dealing direct.All was sorted in a minute's and was sent out on the Friday and received on Saturday.All done nowBrilliant a lot of companies could learn from these.Many thanks againRegardsJeff
