The team at Belvoir have been dealing with the rental of my property since 2007 and more recently, its sale. The property has hardly ever had a void period with the team quick to report any issues and find suitable tenants. The sales team found a buyer in quick time too and were proactive in seeing the sale through. No hesitation in recommending.

The team was really friendly and approachable, very professional with more legal/bureaucratic matters and clearly knew the market to advise on rental levels. The phone was answered promptly, I was kept up to date with the stages of the processing and the wide advertising attracted a good range of potential tenants.I considered using a cheaper process on the internet but this was so much easier and less stressful. Definitely worth the money.
