John did an excellent job of tiling a small downstairs cloakroom. The finish was superb and he gave very useful recommendations as to how to best arrange the tiles in such a small room. He was also very adept at carrying out the difficult work of preparing the walls and floor ready for the tiling.

His quote was honest, detailed and represented good value for the work required compared to others we received.He gave me confidence that not only would we get his undivided attention but that he would do a great job and he duly delivered - a rarity these days.Where he deviated from the quote his pricing were fair and he used excellent materials providing receipts as proof for payment.There’s a reason he gets booked up and has long lead times but worth waiting for. Highly recommended.

So pleased with the work that Optimum Tiling have done in our offices. From the offset, John was friendly, punctual & offered good advice from the colour of matching the tile grout, to the tile trims & more. He was happy to work around our schedule on days where we did not have clients coming into the office. He also completed some additional work for us around the office. John did a brilliant job on our bathroom refurbishment. He was involved from start to finish with ripping out the old bathroom. He was very professional and reliable throughout and did a great job with the wall and floor tiles and we are really happy with the finish. Would definitely recommend and use for any future works

I won't use another tiler again. Quality through and through. John did our kitchen tiling. The tiles were complex and other tilers wanted to charge more because they weren't comfortable. John did the best quality of tiling we've seen, and the price wasn't even the highest of the quotes we had.
