I'm not sure if you can recommend a solicitor on the basis of them being lovely but Tim Farrington at Streeter Marshall is lovely.He is warm, approachable, happy to answer millions of questions, and made the whole process of conveyancing quick, seamless and virtually effortless. He is a very clear communicator and we knew exactly what was going on each step of the way which was essential for us newbies on the block. Would absolutely wholeheartedly recommend.

Tim Farrington and his team have again done an exceptional job this time with the sale of a piece of land .Always a quick response to emails .
