Greenford Driving Test Centre

PEOPLE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS TEST CENTRE!!! Are you sure the people you recruit to examine customers have no issue with mental health and manner wise are eligible to do this important job!!! I had my booking at 8.57am today, the African look guy who examined me, I guess he has no idea of his own aggression. He’s only there to belittle people and make them feel uncomfortable during their test. His tone was bossy and rude from the first second. Did he think he’s ordering a soldier of an Army! My hands were shaking and breathing rapidly all time I felt I did something wrong. Once he saw me shaking and being too much, tried talking to me but that couldn’t help or making me feel less stressed when you already started it with an unwell mannered. Thanks to him, I failed. Do you think it’s simple for people to earn money and then easily throw it in stream! Horrible experience! I’m still in shocked since morning and terribly feel sorry not for him but for employer of this examiner that have absolute no consideration of these kind of events.

I m mandip.. today I passed my test .. my examiner was very nice and his name Jass (I’m not properly pronounce his name) he is mr Singh.. he is the best and kind examiner. I wouldn’t have passed if it wasn’t for his calming welcoming presence. I was really nervous going into my test and because he was so friendly and calm mannered, I felt immediately at ease. He gave clear and well prepared instructions and I’m so grateful that I had him as my examiner! One again thank you amazing job mr Singh

I had a great experience with a lovely examiner today for my 10.04am driving test. I was so nervous that I didn't quite catch her name. But she was incredibly friendly and professional and really a pleasure to drive with. I definitely felt much calmer as soon as she came out! Very kind and friendly. Fortunately I passed first time today and I am very grateful that I had such a positive experience. Thank you!

I gave one star as I couldn’t give any lower. I had my driving test today at 15:19pm and was greeted by this instructor, ‘chubby, in his 40-50, with glasses and somewhat bold. Who from the beginning looked very serious and was not talking to me during the drive to make me fell less nervous, as it was my first time any instructor would somewhat reassure you but this one didn’t. When I had made a serious mistake, the instructor thought he was allowed to start shouting at me like I committed a crime and kept shouting on some occasions where in my opinion he has no right to. His right is that if he feels in danger to take action but this can be done in silence or at a lower tone and not by shouting and scaring me by his anger which made me commit another serious mistake as I was trying to hurry before he shouted at me again. I felt pressured and somewhat angry as he’s not my parent to shout at me. I was soo near to talk back and being rude as him, but I didn’t. He had told me that once we reach our destination, which was after a right turn, to continue ahead and he was going to give me signals. As the GPS said to pull over to the left, I got confused and asked him if ‘he said to pull over to the left ?’ He then answered in a sarcastic and rude way by saying.I TOLD YOU TO KEEP GOING STRAIGHT AND I’ll give you signals”. I believe he is somewhat racist as if I was fully British like I think he is

Avoid if at all possible....I had my driving exam booked at 8 AM, On the 13/1/2023.I arrived 10 minutes early, and was shortly told by a lady named Karen that my test won't be going ahead today because of a staff shortage. I then explained that I had to take a day's work off, and had my driving instructor to pay for hiring her car out for the test. She barked back saying there was nothing she could do. She offered no sympathy or advice, as if she didn't understand the commitment, both financially and time-wise to book a driving exam. I found her unpleasant to talk to.My cancelled test was rescheduled for Monday the 16th. Darren was my driving examiner. I passed with him for the first time. I found him polite and fair.The test center has no facilities whatsoever. It's only a run-down waiting room that in my opinion needs to be bulldozed. The test route is challenging, with lots of hill starts, complex junctions, and roundabouts. Expect to parallel park at the test center.Good luck all.

Had my second test at Greenford today. My first test here was with David and it was horrible, failed for hesitation which was harsh. Throughout the test he sat there with a grim look and made No conversation. My second examiner, Karen, absolutely lovely. Very talkative, polite, well mannered and made me feel at ease throughout. Passed with no minors

, the 5 stars are for the examiner ZSOLT not for the test Center ……..I did the test 3times and I passed two weeks ago at 8:00 . I have a very bad experience with instructors at this Center and I was about to change the Center , but this time a new examiner , his name is ZSOLT , literally he’s an angel , he’s friendly, and a kind examiner who eased things down and chatted with me like a friend not a one who’s inspecting and waiting for a fault to start typing on his iPad like all the examiners who did the test for me . I want to wish ZSOLT all the best and thanks for being part in my journey.PS , there’s only ten days between the date i failed and the date I passed , so it’s not something related to my driving skills as I have been driving for years .

After two years, I came to comment on one of the trainers of this test center named David. I saw that there were a lot of comments about this person and not only did I encounter his bad, rude and racist behavior, but several people confronted me here. Being of the same mind... his shameless behavior made me stop looking for a driver's license and caused my theory test to be invalidated.

I passed my test successfully (10/02/2023 11:01 AM). The examiner (Edyta) was a real angel. She was very polite, and calm. I did all the tests step by step without rushing because of her patient personality.
