Very aggressive staff. Samantha Francis was vile towards a customer publicly shaming her outside the office.EDIT since we finally got a response: the need for such a personal review was due to a member of your management being a bully right outside the front door. I would never provide any business to a company that supports such an evil person. When your colleague shouted derogatory abuse to my partner outside your shop and then forced her into a crowded garage to try and humiliate her, I believe this review is just. I am more than happy to stop by and discuss this further?

I have used TEK on several occasions either for a repair or purchase. They have always been extremely helpful, polite, and efficient in turning work around. Would definitely use again should the need arise, which I'm sure it will!

We shouldn't be shocked by excellent customer service, but that is the world we sometimes find ourselves in. However, not with this company! Effortless from the word go! I can not thank you enough for your polite and professional help. Your communication is absolutely brilliant! I just had to take the time to leave a review!
