What can i say.Ive just had my delivery of my scooter i got through Top Marks and from start to finish they couldn't do enough and my needs for a mobilty scooter were put first.When i first went into the shop Cameron listened to what my needs were for a mobilty scooter were and the first scooter i tried was the scooter that i have now. It was just me and suited all of my needs.They have a great caring and listening side and i never felt rushed at all.I have a new lease of life now so thankyou for all you have done.I will say Top marks all the way .. definitely.

This friendly team were extremely helpful to me when I inherited a mobility scooter from a relative who had died. They had not actually supplied the scooter in the first place but came over to take it away, service it and then deliver it a considerable distance away. All of this work was carried out quickly and for a very reasonable price. I would unhesitatingly recommend TopMarks and I would use them again myself should the need arise

If you need any form of mobility aid in Thanet, look no further. The service and attention that my Mum received both pre and after Sales and delivery of her mobility scooter was amazing. Mark and Tracey at Topmarks mobility are absolutely brilliant, nothing is to much trouble for them. My wife and I both bought mobility scooters from Topmarks, mine was great but my wife just couldn't get used to hers, we went back to Topmarks, and they couldn't have been more helpful. We went over and explained the situation and Tracey said they just want to get it right for her. They changed the scooter with no problem and hopefully this will be the right one for her. But the service has been so good if there is anything we need we will not hesitate to return to them.Thank you for great service and help.

I just wanted to add my review about their excellent customer service.I had purchased a Walker which came without the height adjuster bolts. Despite alerting thethe supplier and manufacturer of this incomplete delivery with numerous e-mails, I was fobbed off andignored.I called TopMarks and as they were closed I left a message. I was surprised and pleased to get a callto say they could fit the missing bolts. I went to the shop and for just £2 they fixed it.This is what I call customer service even though they had not sold it to me and I will recommend themat any opportunity. A Big Thank You.

Amazing family run business top quality customer care and support best decision I make taking a mobility operation wheelchair out with these guys been with two companies prior they took advantage of my lack on knowledge ether got told product was good when it wasn’t or a got product that wasn’t reliable due to there way of servicing and customer support but these guys don’t try get you get more then you need there honest and reliable since my switch to these guys I’ve only had to send my wheelchair in for more then couple minutes waiting in shop for a service on it which is required yearly with mobility operations Contract wheelchairs
