Ordered a product that was listed incorrectly or their website, rather than informing me they just changed the listing after my order had been placed and delivered the wrong item, spoke to them on the phone and they acknowledged their mistake but I'm still waiting for the return to be processed before I can then go ahead and order the correct product which will inevitably now not arrive in time for Christmas, their resolutions team take days upon days to respond and their call centre staff are very unhelpful

Great service, prompt delivery. Instructions I found very clear and easy to follow for DIY. I had basic tools and a set if drills and took myself around 3 days to complete (about 12 hours)Beth was brilliant, had a issue with one of the cladded planks on the playhouse bowing and splitting, we had a whole back panel sent out ASAP to resolve the problem. Very understanding and wanting to help. Highly recommend

If you want quality items and a decent aftersales service then do not buy from these guys! They sell cheap chinese products and then don't cover items like batteries and then refuse to help you when the item has multiple failures. Their goods do not last the test of time and after only 12 months the £1000 retail electric bike they sold is now a worthless piece of metal in the shed. Even worse is they no longer stock spares for it and I'm unable to source them!! Please think before spending your hard earned money with this company. Worst customer service experience I've ever experienced and now having to go the legal route!

We ordered a garden house for our toddler which I truly regret for many reasons. The quality is shocking and is not fit for purpose. We ordered and did not recieve all the parts. I had to chase twice.So on 2 different occassions we had to get missing parts. They sent out a whole box, meaning initially half the stuff was missing. The wood itself was badly cut size wise and 2 boards had huge wholes in them. The corners are not finished as corners and my husband was extremely stressed trying to put this together. It took us weeks due to having to chase missing parts, adapt it to work together and just generally how long it takes to put together once to find a way to work through the horrendous instructions and my husband is intelligent. We also had to purchase extra roof items to make it water tight so this was an added cost. It's advertised as suitable for outdoor use but as my father who is a carpenter/roofer said its a pile of rubbish; would be better off building yourself and probably faster. Design is appealing on the site and this is why we bought but the handle of door is so old-fashioned and the hinges don't even fit the door, which is really flimsy and won't stay closed. We have to jam something up against it. The panels are a terrible idea and look different than photography. Also color looks nothing like site. They should have offered black for a scandi style house. Overall this product is not well made and I regret spending so much. Would really not recommend even if your like me and wanted a less traditional style house.

Ordered the Luna swing set for my little girl. She loves it. Delivery was on the day stated. Top fella Seth checked it all over with me. Stained the frame 2 days ago and built it today. She’s not been off it since.

BEWARE WITH THE DELIVERY DATESI cannot say anything about the product t as I haven't received it after waiting for 5 weeks! I'm afraid I have to leave a negative review here with regards their poor communication, not updating the clients, unreasonable delay with their delivery and somehow misleading information on the website with regards their delivery time scale!

Very poorStated online in stock"Waited over 8 weeks and still not delivered.Emailed roughly around 4/5 weeks after order and was told they where waiting on wood for the order (if in-stock as stated online this shouldn't be the case)Phoned just shy of 8 weeks to ask for an update was told expected delivery would be in 4 days. That turned out to be a lie. Phoned again today and cancelled my order after being told it would be roughly another week before delivery was expected and I just don't believe a word of it.Lack of communication from this company regarding your order and very misleading."

Really poor after sales service. My sons car arrived damaged, after contacting and sending pictures to outdoor it was hard to get any response from them, once they did respond their attitude to the damages item was very poor and didn’t want to take any responsibility for the damage. I’d advise you stay away from these total jokers. I’m now left with a damaged ride on thats I’ve paid full price for. AVOID

Outdoor toys delivered the bike on time before Christmas. It was fairly easy to assemble and I used no special tools. It was received by my 6 year old (and his 11 yr brother) with delight. We later learned I needed an additional part and again Outdoor Toys stepped in and provided this promptly. The bike is a great success, much fun, and admired even by surprised pedestrians. Added a light and a horn to give some warning as it is a quiet machine. Thanks very much OutdoorToys for excellent support
