A really enjoyable and informative course, hands on element definitely improves the experience.Andrew and Liz were great hosts/teachers, the food provided on the day was also great.Would definitely recommend for any home butchers or foodies keen on having a go at charcuterie.

I used the online shop to send a gift card. It did not arrive on the selected day, but Andrew and Liz responded speedily even on a Sunday and quickly remedied the situation, with really fantastic communication.
