Pathetic service. Such a irresponsible drivers, wonder this company don’t mind the fees back on their delivery drivers. Consecutive 2 days simply ignored the parcel delivery stating that unable to deliver without even come near to the property. Complained to the customer care and received a call from Hinckley depot and the lady called said will defo arrange a delivery same day again but nothing after that. Unbelievable service

Great place for working but it's not for lazy people

The driver didn't even attempt to deliver to my flat. I left instructions for my safe place" and the driver left the package at the front of the main building (which I am not in). The tracker was inaccurate as I was tracking to get the parcel from the driver myself. It said it would be 15 minutes and then I received a notice that it had been delivered but the driver had been no where near my flat."

Great new hub clean and efficient well organised great resources take care off employees if employees work to the rules do get the odd employer who is bad but overall great place to work has cleaning facilities for employees and plenty of drinking water stations and good food canteen very clean and food is very cheap to buy but great high quality they call it hub 4 but has shown its should be hub 2 at least becoming hub 1 would be hub one if managed correctly shame not all managers can be on the same agreement and same level but overall very impressed

Shocking experience! Simple small parcel delivery to a business address. The delivery bay is clearly signposted and has a buzzer for attracting attention if the outer door is closed. 46 people work directly behind the delivery door and we receive over 30 deliveries a day from all around the world with no problems. DPD driver failed to deliver on the expected day and provided a picture of the delivery door including the buzzer and sign. Delivery re-scheduled for the following day, exactly the same result. No way of contacting the depot in Hinckley, phone number doesn't work and no email address. Delivery re-scheduled for the following week and I eventually received it by sitting in my car next to the delivery bay and waiting for the driver. Poor service and no communication.

Even Royal Mail has better organization than this hole! First they lost my package, send me some other guys parcel and now can't even deliver a parcel! What's so hard to read what is a safe place and leave it there!Worst driver I met luke, can't even use a phone to call The customer!Useless express" courier"

The security and the office is ok but those guys wich are loading the treillers, I think they might sleep, because they have don't make it in time. Last time I was about to lose the ferry to Ireland because of them

Absolutely useless!avoid

Cant contact them.....if they are so busy and successful please add more lines of contact or find another solution. Also poor export knowledge and my parcel keep coming back from Europe....not impressed

Wouldn't trust them to deliver the results of a blood test
