Melly and his team replaced my flat garage roof a couple of weeks ago. I was given the quote which I was very happy with. The job was explained with the warning that I may also need some beams replaced, but this wouldn't be known until the old roof was removed.Once the roof was removed Melly was happy that the existing beams were good so the job was done for exactly the price he stated originally. The reason I mention this is that it is reassuring to have someone who doesn't try to expand the job.The job was done perfectly using good quality materials. They left the place clean and tidy at the end! Would highly recommend.

I called Melly Warnes Flat Roofing (and other firms) to carry out a full roof replacement on my new extension which was leaking as a result of substandard work carried out by another roofing contractor. Lewis responded promptly to my request and provided a very competitive quote. Both he and his team arrived on time and were extremely professional whilst working on my property. Lewis made sure I was fully up to speed with their plan and happily liaised with Building Control at my request. Despite me agreeing to his original quote, the invoice he presented me with was for a lesser amount due to some of the original materials on my roof being salvageable. This was a display of complete honesty as I genuinely would have been none the wiser. I am thrilled with the work Lewis and his team carried out and I can’t recommend them enough. Great work lads.
