Alan and Gareth were most professional in the diagnosis of, and repair of my car. Every step of the process was explained to me and I was invited to phone every evening for an update. I felt that my vehicle was in the care of competent, knowledgeable and confident practitioners and I will be using their services in the future. I have also recommended them to others.

Took my car under false pretences, which i have physical proof of. He then refused to do the work after promising to fix it, after it broke down after 1 week of them changing transmission oil. I had asked for a diagnostic and transmission oil change and if they were any good they would have picked up on it. Instead they ruined my vechile and are holding my family car hostage. This is a vechile i use to take my disabled child to appointments and so on. The owner is an extremely pompous individual and is lacking in any decency. SO IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR CAR IN A WORSE STATE THAN WHEN YOU LEFT IT IN, STAY CLEAR OF A29 GARAGES!!!! A man that would hold a family car hostage for a problem he created is not to be trusted, AVOID!

Got my tyres replaced and four wheel alignment carried out. Car is now driving perfectly, really good service and customer care.
