We had a nightmare with this business. All information on their fact finding form provided on the 24th of Jan for a 30th of Jan launch. We got to the 27th and was told they weren't able to meet our go live date with no explanation of why. Despite repeated emails explaining and sharing my concern that without knowing what is going wrong I can't be confident that they will keep to their deadlines, especially after not keeping to them already. It got to the point we had to draw a line under using them as a supplier. It was meant to be a 2 day job but then grew to 11 days and we just couldn't go with that.I was offered a call with the director who didn't answer or return my call when I tried to reach out to resolve the issue.When I mentioned I was leaving a review I received an ominous reply that they will leave a review of my business in retaliation even though we have never provided a service to these guys or any connected business.For context, a competitor has turned our request around in 2 hours with none of the stress.I can recommend a great call answering service, sadly it isn't this business.

If you are considering outsourcing your telephone answer service, don't bother looking at anyone other than these guys!If you are looking for a company to rely upon as your first point of contact for all new and existing customers, then you cannot make a better choice than Onwards Answering.Having run private Orthotic, Podiatry and Physiotherapy clinics for the last 16 years across Scotland. I have used a number of different call answering services. Whilst most (but not all!) have answered our calls, they still seemed a little impersonal and deliver a basic call answering service.Onwards Answering are genuinely different to the impersonal call answering services I have experienced up until finding them.Having previously been left frustrated with other services, who answer the phone and don't truly deal with a customer query. These guys offer something genuinely different that adds significant value to our business.I wouldn't regard the service as a simple call answer service, but instead a professional, friendly reception team that functions as a seamless aspect of our own business.
