I worked at this company for few months and my experience working at Sigma was not good at all. The training is not well structured they don’t cover everything in the training when you’re actually on the job lot of the things you won’t know or have a clue. The management is not good as well. In terms of career it’s not the place you want to work may be for short term but not for long term. They do have high staff turnover. Pay is not good your constantly monitored. So honest feedback is if you are considering joining sigma I would not recommend it

Campaign: Scottish PowerI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my former manager's handling of my previous workplace predicaments. Particularly, I would like to bring attention to the oversight, hostility, and undeserving following circumstances that resulted in my dismissal. From the beginning, the manager consistently dismissed my multiple complaints regarding faulty equipment. This not only led to diminished work efficiency, but also spoke volumes about the managerial level's insouciance towards employee's work conditions and comfort. I find it unacceptable that these issues, which were within the resolution capacity of the manager, were chronically overlooked.Furthermore, my manager demonstrated a considerable level of hostility, which I found unprofessional and unsettling. The general demeanor lacked the expected composure and grace, disrupting the workplace environment's tranquility. A manager should, ideally, be a figure who fosters a healthy, conducive working atmosphere, and not one who instigates or perpetuates hostility.I was also taken aback by the manager's nonchalance during our interactions. It was disheartening to see such disregard for employee concerns, which, to me, is an integral part of effective management. Active listening and empathy towards team members' issues are marks of competent leadership. Finally, my termination, following compassionate leave for alleged call avoidance, seems baseless and unjust. Not only had I reported the issue previously, but I was also on leave with valid reasons — factors that were seemingly ignored during the decision-making process. It is disappointing that my commitment and dedication to my role were overshadowed by an incident that was largely out of my control. In conclusion, I believe this recurring disregard for employee welfare and concerns, along with the undeserved dismissal, could potentially deter future dedicated professionals from contributing to the organization. It is my hope that this feedback will evoke corrective measures for managerial conduct and decision-making processes, fostering an environment that acknowledges and addresses employee concerns properly.UPDATED RESPONSE:Please note that I have already contacted HR to conduct a thorough investigation into these matters but am yet to hear back. Corrective action needs to be taken to maintain a healthy work environment, it is crucial that every employee feels valued, respected, and treated fairly. I trust you understand the gravity of this situation and will take the necessary steps to address it.

This is by far the worst company to work for in the world. The management is very dreadful, pay is not good the structure of the company is absolutely diabolical. I would not recommend working for this company please I sincerely say this from the bottom of my heart avoid working for this company. It feels like you are controlled there is no flexibility with this company. The breaks are timed in three parts everything is so controlled it feels like they take control of your life.

I have recently started training for/with sigma connected and honestly I can't fault the training so far. 98% could be defined as a private jet and 2% concord ... In other words, fantastic!!the trainer's who I see mostly are Paul and Danielle who have been supportive, patient and extremely professional.. no question too daft or silly. . I'm genuinely proud to have joined this company and am excited to see what happens next ... Too those who had bad experiences, sorry to hear that. My experience has been fab

Don’t listen to the good reviews, they make you write reviews on here or indeed when you come out of training and you have to prove to them you have before they move on. And it is also people who still currently work there to get the good reviews. Laughable. It’s an absolutely disgusting place to work. My family member passed away and they did not let me have time off. I had to take days unpaid to actually grieve and my manager and I actually fought for them to let me take annual leave so I could go to the funeral which was down south. The pay itself is disgusting given how much work you actually have to do. You are just a number to themManagement are absolutely awful, the company goes on about mental health and how inclusive they are when they use your mental health days against you (i probably took about 10 or so max days in the two years I was there) I was lucky to have a manager who was kind and supportive, still my friend to this day. Don’t be hopeful to get this, my manager was the only manager there who was actually supportive. Other than that, you’re on your own. They have a system called agent track which they can see you through your webcam, listen in live when you work from home and can see your screen. I never gave my consent to this as it was implemented after I got the job.Overall, I’d just avoid this company as it makes your mental health deteriorate overtime. Thank god I don’t work there anymore.

I have been with sigma for nearly a year now and love it here!! I will be honest it didn’t start great went through interview process was told I was successful but then didn’t hear anything and I did have to chase it up so it did delay my start by a month, but I am pleased I persevered. I have been well supported by the teams I have worked in, by all managers I have had contact interaction with right from TM all the way to the OM. I have an existing health condition/disability and my TM and the lovely gentleman Pete have been great supporting me and getting a risk assessment in place and made amendments when needed, after my health condition/disability along with being a mom of two boys I had been out of work for some time because my health condition/disability made it difficult to find suitable employment, Sigma have been great with this and giving me a great amount of support but also confidence that I can achieve, succeed and progress. I have made a lot of progress in the just under a year I have been here for and that is thanks to the support I have had, but I will add I have worked really hard to get there also. I would say pay wise it’s not bad just above nat min but the way I see it is the majority of my wage I get is mine, I don’t have to make a packed lunch or take money to buy my lunch or have to put petrol in my car to get to work, I think that if I add what I am saving in those areas my wages are really good definitely worth looking at it from a different perspective. Think the bonus system is good for me it gives you that drive to succeed and on occasions when you have an incentive going within your team a little bit of a fun/healthy competition we’ve had a few that have been different to suit all team members to make it fair for everyone, our TM is great as our team is a varied bunch and we all have our own strengths and weaknesses and we help each other loads. I will also be honest and say everyday is easy you do get bad days or some difficult calls/emails etc but the support of your team/managers is always there to help and let you have that 5 minute breather if you need it.

Absolutely disgusting place brought me in for an interview today I got a phone call offered me the job and then told me I would have a boarding person when the boarding person emailed me she said we need to do a credit check I explained I had a CCJ she said don’t worry that’s fine then I had a second email saying can I send proof that I’m making payments which I was in the processing of doing to then receive a second phone call to say that the manager said we can’t take you onThat is fair enough but why is none of this mentioned on the telephone interview or the face to face interview as maybe then people will know whether to apply or notNot to mention if you try and call the office nobody answers the phone or there mobile I should of seen the red flags from day 1 and not wasted my time I think I’ve had a lucky escape with the reviews I’ve read on here

I'm so fortunate and extremely lucky that inspite of selection for the final round of interview I cannot turned up. I've gone the superb reviews which I got immensely benefitted. I saved my most valuable time in my life. I cannot thank you enough for the reviewers who made my job effortless. All and all the only thing what I like about this company that the concerned team members are replying to your feedbacks...lol. and I'm pretty sure that with no impactful results l.

I had a terrible experience working for Sigma.Out of the 21 candidates in my team, only 4 of us remained after 1.5 months.Whenever I voiced my concerns, my manager would dismiss them and respond with unhelpful comments like “why don’t you just leave”. Instead of providing support and guidance, she was focused on meeting unrealistic targets to earn bonuses and surpass her colleagues.Despite reporting faulty equipment for weeks without amends and receiving reassurances about my good job performance, I was unfairly dismissed.I took compassionate leave following a traumatic event. I was not given the necessary support to ease back into work, instead I was called to a meeting during my second shift back, accused of “call avoidance and dismissed. No explanation to why my equipment wasn’t examined or changed or why previous complaints were ignored

Made the interviewer aware I will need my breaks/lunch to coincide with prayer times. Now that I have joined my team this has been refused. Well done for misleading me and FALSE promises. X
