Holden Copley is a truly outstanding company, and my experience with them was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I reached out, their staff proved to be not only great but exceptionally kind and accommodating. I was fortunate to be assisted by a gentleman named Josh, whose helpful nature and willingness to go the extra mile left a lasting impression on me. He provided me with all the information I needed, ensuring that my queries were not only answered but also thoroughly explained. The level of customer service I received from Josh and the entire team at Holden Copley is commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone in need of exceptional service and a genuinely positive experience.

Brilliant service!I decided I liked a property that was in a building where lenders weren't all too willing to lend on. Holden Copley, after a pleasant and honest viewing experience, went above and beyond to make sure I was in a position where I could find a lender and eventually buy the property.Their staff are helpful and respond very quickly, know their stuff, and aren't afraid of getting involved to help the lending process move along if a bank or building society are dithering about.They really feel like they want to treat both sides, the buyer and seller, equally, and I'd be sure to use them again in the future, knowing if get a great overall service.They also made me feel more confident and comfortable as a first time buyer and didn't treat me in any way to suggest they undervalued me or to take advantage.10/10 would recommend!

Very helpful and accommodating. We came across a number of staff members and they were all brilliant, not a single difficulty or issue.We didn't end up buying from HoldenCopley in the end (through no fault of their own!), but house searching and buying can be challenging and stressful so it's great to have estate agents like HC (since there are some suboptimal ones out there!!) to make the process as smooth as it can be.I recommend them highly :)

Really lovely staff and we got looked after by Amy. She's so kind. Also a staff member had brought in her dog who was recovering from an eye injury. The cutest dog ever...and we loved it . We are very happy with this agency.

I had 3 viewings for properties managed by HoldenCopley this week. Unfortunately, 1 property we weren't able to view due to the landlord being unresponsive but It wasn't wasted time as we were able to view the next property earlier than arranged.Although none of the houses appealed to me in the end, I have to give credit to Josh who showed me around both. He was punctual, had every bit of information to hand and showed a great understanding of what I valued in a property.He asked for honest feedback throughout and took note of it all. This installed a positive outlook to me that this is an estate agent who will work cooperatively between sellers and buyers to facilitate a sale that's of fair value for everyone.

!!Really Really Good!!Although our move did not materialize (through no fault of Holdens'!) the team at the West Bridgford were an absolute pleasure to deal with.Amy, Liberty, Lianna & Beth were fantastic and really supportive within the entire process and made things really stress free.The company is very pro-active in their approach for looking for vendors for a house sale, along with a really detailed and professional brochure for your house, making it look really appealing to the market100% recommend from myself

We had some really good viewings with Josh from Holden Copley! He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and is able to give lots of lots of information about the houses we have viewed. Holden Copley also seem really professional all round, so we had a great experience so far.

The only thing Holden Copley could have done worse when trying to market my property would have been to burn it down.... For the 3 months my property was listed, I received 1 market report from Rightmove, and 1 proactive call to update me on how they were marketing it. They advised us to go to guide price which brought in no extra interest and only served to reduce the value of my home by 50k. For the viewings we did have, they booked in the wrong date and then sent a trainee who doesn't even know the area to show people round. They booked viewings in that would cancel 20 mins before arrival and made no attempt to market our property to other potential buyers in the area. Every time you called the office, a new person would answer there was never one sole person updating me or actually trying to sell our house- they were 'relying on right move' to bring in the viewers- which in this market is not good enough. They will tell you they are selling more properties in the area than anyone else- but that's on no of houses not as a % and the health warning with that is they can claim to be selling the most, but they don't have the time to work on your property or invest in the relationship.

Incredible service!Josh showed us around a property yesterday, and it was by far our best ever experience viewing a house (of more than 30 viewings this year with a number of different agents from the Wollaton/ Bramcote/Beeston area). Josh clearly went above and beyond with his knowledge of the property, and was able to answer almost all of our questions there and then. The few questions he couldn't answer he made a note of to pass back to their office. The whole experience was friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend Holden Copley to anybody looking to sell in the Nottingham area.
