Dean came out to me, as arranged, to adjust my security light as the sensor was no longer picking me up after having new soffits fitted. It was torrential rain but it didn’t deter him! He was out there until he was satisfied everything was right. Really nice, friendly guy. Highly recommend and would use him again in the future

Dean and his team supplied and fitted a complete CCTV system at my business. The complete process, from advising me which cameras would be better, to the positions on where they should go. Arrived on time and worked around or busy garage. We never lost a minute's work, while they professionally installed the system. He set up and showed us how to operate it to its maximum effect. From initial contact, Dean has been extremely reliable, quick with responses, on time, and very professional in his conduct.I appreciated his impeccable manners, shoes off every time he entered the house, respecting our families privacy by knocking and even asking to use the loo!! Dean did an excellent job, I had to delay the start date a few times and was very accommodating, I have had my old Norweb alarm for 30 years now so as I was renovating my apartment thought I would get a new system, I now can set the alarm on my phone and have 5 key fobs and new sensors. I have a new very nice box on my outside wall now. I would strongly recommend Dean thanks he goes the extra mile to get the job completed .
