I have just returned form their shop with my watch after asking for a replacement batteryThey could not get the back off and have damaged the back of the watchThey have also lost the ragby motiveI returned to complain and met with a very hostile reactionIn my opinion they are extremely incompetent and should not be there to wreck watches

Great if you only want a battery fitted. Didn't want to know when the function buttons Didn't work after fitting a new solar battery. £35 charged but not a complete solution. Shouldn't have taken the job.
