My son and I go here a lot and the staff are always really friendly and can't do enough for you. Even let my little boy try different flavours before he chooses his ice cream. Wonderful

If there was minus stars I would have scored it so, we were a party of six , noone welcomed us in , we decided milkshakes as we were in a hurry and had meant to come back for desserts after, but they were so slow getting our milkshakes we didn't! It took over twenty minutes too make 6 milkshakes, they didn't have two of the flavours we requested and only had one blender in the whole place, I was sorely disappointed with the whole experience and when I complained about the time it was taking the staff just shrugged, noone offered us money back so we were nearly late to our event, so after that experience we went to Heavenly Desserts just down the road and they were amazing!

It was good, they didn't have the appropriate cutlery to eat out desserts but we made do. Staff were ok, but not outstanding. Very big portions and very tasty.

Honestly I was really upset yesterday with this diner. I came in with 5 of my friends, it wasn't busy. We all went up and ordered 2 at a time.I ordered and they said that I couldn't pay yet so I had to wait for them to come over to let me pay. I had a j2o with was weirdly warm. And then all of my friends had gotten their orders. I was waiting for around 40 minutes before I went up to check whether everything was okay with my food. They then proceeded to tell me that they had made it and given it to me, they hadn't. So I said I'm really sorry but I haven't had my order" they then proceeded to tell me that they had made it which they hadn't because I said again "I'm really sorry but I haven't had it" she then proceeded to look at the screen and say "oh yeah

The portion sizes are ok, smaller than the other sprinkles but the atmosphere is much nicer in this one. Generally don't have long to wait, can be a bit of a queue at times. Plenty of seating when you do get served though. I get the impression some of the staff really don't want to be working there. Heyho, overall a good place for a quick/affordable ice cream.

I love dessert places and this one is probably the worst I have visited. The crepe tasted very strange, I'm not sure what kind of recipe they use here. And the cream was completely inedible. The bananas and the sauce were nice. Overall, I wouldn't come here again and I would rather recommend Kaspa's for anyone looking for a dessert place in Southampton.
