My partner and I currently rent a property managed by Emma, and she has been simply excellent. As tenants, Emma treats us with fairness, decency and mutual respect, which is something that is so important, but sadly not always a given in this day and age. Emma is professional, reliable and approachable. She takes a personal approach to her clients, which makes us feel valued as individual clients rather than just one of thousands. Finally, we just want to note that as an LGBT couple, we have felt consistently and automatically accepted every step of the way. Would wholeheartedly recommend!

We didn't buy the property but Emma was lovely and professional. Unlike some other agents Emma didn't make us feel pressured during the viewing. Answered any questions we had. She responded to emails even late at night. This is how it should be.
