Fantastic service - very responsive. I’ve used the service to purchase and install my safe as well as move and reinstall the safe as a result of building works. When the independent builders caused some damage to the safe they were very quick to fix. Very impressed and would recommend.

Yesterday afternoon we contacted London and Home Counties Safes in the belief that they had supplied our home safe. We spoke to David who informed us that it hadn’t been supplied by them but inquired as to the problem we were experiencing. Despite it wasn't one of their safes he spent a considerable time helping us solve the problem that we were having with ours. This was done with clear, concise instructions and good humour. Great quick installation by Sandro. Great whatsapp communication to chose the right safe for me. Enquired on Friday fitted by the following Tues.

London W3David and Sandy were great. They both provide sound advice to help us choose which safe was best suited for our needs. Sandy then did a home visit to help us determine where the best place to install the safe would be. After that we ordered, and Sandy installed the safe a week later in the space of an hour. Very professional service and couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Efficient and tidy, great job

The installer Gandro was really lovely, he also kept the area he was working in very tidy and was very informative about how to set the code on the safe and how it all works. Would definitely recommend this company!
