John Martin is the best physio I have ever been treated by. Having had only a few sessions post-major knee surgery, he has accelerated my recovery, strength and mobility way beyond my expectations and in only a few days. I can't recommend him and his practice highly enough and am just so relieved to be working with him toward full strength.

J. Quigg has been working with me from lockdown began and despite the difficulties the current circumstances provide he has been a great help. I am currently feeling a lot better with my injuries healing very well. I was given many exercises along with informative discussion on how this will impact my muscle and support with the healing process. I was also sent additional articles based on the type of training I normally do, which was very informative and shown that extra detail of care and support, which has been provided throughout. I would highly recommend this Arches Physio and J. Quigg. If I have any future issues I know I will return.
