The carers could not be better they go the extra mile to be helpful!!!If only the same could said for the staff in the office. They seem to go out of their way to be very unhelpful, you ring them up and the stock answer is I will phone you back, which they NEVER do.For the carers, I would give them 5 stars but for those in the office, they would get half of one star.

Michael Phillip's care agency have looked after my mother for over 12 months. Each and every member of staff have been wonderful in their care and attention to detail. I have nothing but absolute praise for every member of staff. Whenever I have had a problem I go into the office and speak to the office manager or one of her staff. They are so very helpful understanding and efficient. I would recommend Michael Phillip's to anyone who needs professional help. A big and heartfelt thankyou to one and all.
