Bensons for Beds Stirling

Ordered a mattress that as delivered in June 2022 and it was faulty (springs coming out the sides of mattress). I have tried so hard to contact them since to rectify the issue with zero luck. Both in store and through email their customer support team. I have one email asking for more detail and then back to radio silence. Its now 3 months I have had a faulty mattress and looks like little hope of getting them to respond. They should be ashamed of themselves for selling expensive, faulty items and not even having the curtesy to respond and try and rectify the situation. Avoid at all costs.

I had already done some browsing on the website but felt I needed to test out the beds in person first. Maria was very helpful. Right from when I entered the store, she guided me through all of the different options available (bases, mattresses and headboards) as well as payment options etc. Very friendly service! Would definitely recommend to anyone that asks!

From the moment we entered the Stirling store we were greeted by Autumn who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products she's selling. We hadn't expected such thorough service when we were choosing our new King and a smaller bed for my mother-in-law and we had never heard of gel beds until she showed us one. We're looking forward to getting the latter!

We got really great service here from Maria. She looked after us all very well. We were in for a new mattress and had brought in mum with us as she was looking for a new bed. A successful trip for all.

Ordered a bed at the start of May and its been delayed for the third time. Before the delivery I was been chased for the pending amount and once paid no comms. No courtesy call from the store and each time I was been informed about the delay was just the day before when the bed was supposed to be delivered. Endless wait... helpless...!! won't recommend at all. Still waiting for the bed. Worst of all is the customer service.. you need to wait for 45 mins on a call after which calls get disconnected and again the same story.
