Boots pharmacy saved my life. Thank you specially to Devvie and Katie. I cannot thank you enough for all your help and if you didn’t help me, in my condition I would be in hospital. Not everyone is understanding or helpful so I thank you so much because you understand without knowing my situation.

Asked the shop assistant friendly where I can find the Protein Vegan Blend from Protein World. He sent me down stairs. I am not familiar with the station and he was answering very grumpy. I went down stairs where I could not find a Boots. I asked him again, saying there must be a misunderstanding and asked again. He shouted at me that he told me to go down stairs around the corner to the pharmacy! How rude! Worst experience in a Boots shop ever! I told him that he is definitely NOT friendly!! His colleague the young man at the pharmacy then was very nice and helpful. Told him, that his colleague was extremely rude. Honestly, treating costumers like that, shouting and being rude, he should definitely not work as a shop assistant at Boots Bond Street station!!! Shocking!

This is very large store located a few yards from London underground Bond street station. Also accessible via Oxford Street London underground station.Pharmacy and pharmaceutical products (prescriptions) most of the time is out of stock. Staff not always proffesional and provides some times not as expected service. Medical advice not usually correct as it's should be.

The best pharmacy company in the world. Their own brand items are amazing esp. Soltan sun care products. They have discontinued one or two of their own brand shampoos which I really liked. Good two for one deals. Even sell sandwiches. Wish we had Boots here in Canada.

I have been here to the Opticians for glasses twice and each time the lenses scratched really easily. I was not impressed with them. The choice of frames on offer seem a lot but it was not a wide selection really.

Awful customer service on the upstairs photo desk. Incredibly slow. Massive attitude despite me actively making an a effort to be friendly and respectful. Experienced this several times in this store, I am never going back.

On the website it was advertised that i can get my film developed in this store, but after heading there on my lunch break, i was informed that for no reason whatsover the film developing is not available till February! I wasn't given a reason why, which was fairly frustrating, and person talking to me didn't sound genuinely interested/ apologetic about it either. I am fairly upset as i love the quality of prints and service you offer for film photographers like me.Could you please advice me if there are any other boots i can actually develop my film in and the reason why the service was not available today?Agnese

Same old Boots. Pro, they have lot of stuff, such as make up and drugs. Con, most of the make-up is missing, test are nowhere to be found and when you finally find what you are looking for, it’s sold out. But for the rest, it’s fine and the price are affordable.
