We have an old cold property that required storage heaters and dated radiators replacing with modern central heating. Tony did a fantastic job of working with us to achieve a warm and cosy home. Our property threw a number of curveballs but Tony took these in his stride and found workable solutions. Where many would have probably given up, he persisted throughout to work around the issues. Very available, professional and reliable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, particularly if you need someone to think a little outside the box!

Tony and Sam repaired our faulty heating system, new pump, 2 two port valves, power flush and new magnaclean filter and oil boiler service. we asked for 3 radiator upgrades. work was carried out promptly and efficently new radiators working well lovely to have a working heating system again thank you guys! would highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating services.

We contacted Rice Plumbing & Oil Heating late yesterday afternoon suspecting a potential leak on the oil line into the boiler. Tony arranged to attend today between 11-12am. At 11am he arrived, completed a full pressure test on the line, checked the tank etc and thankfully confirmed everything was ok.As summarised above, the response and work we received was exceptional. We found Tony to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We are delighted to have found a local company that operate to such high standards and have already booked our boiler service and further works with them.Based on our experience, highly recommended.
