Kingsway Retail Park

The outlets in this retail park are great - there's a wide selection of stores to cover most of your needs.The issue comes down to parking and the roundabout leading into the retail park.The markings on the car park aren't very clear and although I don't have an issue navigating around it's occasional one way system, I see often people getting confused and going the wrong way.The roundabout leading into the retail park is an absolute nightmare during busy periods. The council have tried several times to combat the issue including putting traffic lights on the roundabout, only to turn them off a week later as it made matters worse.To summaries the outlets are well stocked and for those with little ones the Smyth's toy store is excellent. I would just avoid visiting the retail park during busy periods.

This retail park is basically running a scam with their car park. Got a £100 fine for parking there for 4 hours because apparently there is a limit of 2 hours. Must be a small print sign somewhere but I haven’t seen it.Most people probably stay over 2 hours as the park is quite big, I wonder how much money they’re making with this... Safe to say I’m never coming here again!

Need to sort out the car park ASAP. Maybe a ln electronic sign with available spaces, tracking cars in and out to save people hours of queuing.

Good variety of shops, came mainly for TK Maxx. Also advised to come early in the morning to avoid the car park mayhem and was pleasantly surprised how quickly I parked and left after. No queuing. Best advice - go early morning!! or expect to be queuing in the car for a while to enter/get out.Car park is only free for 3 hours bare in mind also!

There are some good shops here but my visits will be curtailed as the traffic problem is beyond ridiculous. Not sure which genius thought that blocking off one of the access points was a good idea!! I'm came here today as I thought Monday would be okay....wrong. They are still attracting big name stores, but not sure I would operate at this site to.operste as I am sure many people avoid it entirely!!

I often pop here because it's on the way home. Traffic back to the A38 is awful most of the time. There are several shops I visit on very frequent occasions, marks and spencer, the staff are always very helpful. Boots, smyths, Hobbycraft, tk maxx and Sainsbury's , It's a shame there isn't starbucks instead of Costa, I don't like Costa.

Rubbish car park!Don’t even think about going shopping or grabbing a one-time Costa or Greggs; you won’t even make it back in time for an appointment. There is nothing like a grab-and-go facility; once you get into the car park, you will be greeted by heavy traffic getting back out, especially this time of year. Whoever designed this car park was definitely not a genius or had a thought in mind about the congestion and emissions of all engines running! I guess it is very good for the environment, and all that green stuff is what the retailers talk about!
