Really helpful and sensible. Have now bought a scooter from them. Pat so helpful knowledgeable and patient. Really helped make sure we got the best scooter for the job it needs to do. It is certainly the staff that make business outstanding at Devizes

Very helpful lady tried to help us find a rainproof cover for my wife to cover her and the mobility scooter. There doesn't seem to be one available that isn't effected by wind! Anyone know any different?

This is the most helpful mobility shop I have EVER used. The two ladies in charge are so kind, thought, helpful and full of very useful information. I just cannot recommend this store enough to anyone that needs either a little bit of help due to their disability or someone who needs lots. There is everything possible in the store and if its not the ladies will order it in for you .THE ONLY STORE AROUND FOR PEOPLE NEEDING ASSISTANCE in any shape or form. Thank you ladies for being so obliging.

They tried to sell me a power chair but I found out through invacare website and phoned them that the spectra plus had been discontinued in 2014 and they were trying to sell it to me for £990.00 it was very naughty of them trying to sell something that you can't even get parts for anymore and was not even worth the money they were trying to sell for, be very careful when you are buying disabled equipment so you don't get ripped off by companies who think they can try it on

We all get to a point where our parents need more help and Pat at Assured Mobility is absolutely pure gold. We’ve had all sorts of mobility problems and Pat has been there to support us - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

I’ve never had any experience of using or buying mobility scooters before and needed to buy one urgently today for a customer. Assured Mobility were recommended to me and I’m so glad they were; Pat and Hayley were epic and by 4pm had found me a scooter which is perfect and will be delivered next week to someone who desperately needs it. Can’t recommend highly enough, thanks so much, you really saved the day.

Mobility scooters are a great expense if you dont use them regularly. The solution is rental and this is the place to rent them from.ive got the perfect scooter for my needs...cobbled streets so scooter with all round suspension...at a really good price. The staff are really helpful and you can check out every other kind of disability aid you may ever need whilst your here.

poor service. got a scooter from them barely a week old (a previous customer had purchased and subsequently broken it) and discounted because of it. Assured it was working order. A few months and the motor dropped out, on the bank hol weekend in the middle of a shopping mall. when I finally got to the shop they suggested a huge price for repair, which I could not afford. I called trading standards and they said it should be free. the repair guy was off with me and extremely annoyed when I told him what I was told. He basically refused to do any further work, despite a legal requirement. Now, a month or two later the battery is knackered (i did report it at the time) and it lasts a mile or two only... It only does inclines of less than 5%, which means any hill makes it cut out.
