A really great gym for those of us who want to get fit and lose weight in a supportive and friendly environment. A nice mixture of machines and classes with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Lovely instructors, really welcoming and knowledgeable. I love the all women concept and I love the fact nobody can see in to the studio . Help is on hand whenever you want it with helpful tips to get the most out of your exercise programme.

Make sure you know that they keep taking monthly payments even after the 12 month period is up without asking. God help you if you are 1 day late with payment they charge you an excessive amount. If you don't or can't go gor any reason nobody phones to see if your OK or having pfoblems
