Sandie helped me so much prior to lockdown after I damaged my piriformis muscle. She always put me at ease and I usually fell asleep! Very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the body,nutrition and general well being. Can't wait to go back!

Sandie & Mark are fantastic. Their therapeutic skills are excellent. Sandie’s massage, cupping, reflexology and Emmett therapies are incredibly relaxing. Sandie has created bespoke aromatherapy creams for my super sensitive skin which smell divine and are so nourishing. Their Dandelion Aromatics products are lush and make the perfect presents. Highly recommend every time I visit.

I've booked my first appointment with Mark few months ago, after having few sleepless nights due to shoulder pain. Just 24 hours after the procedure I felt significant relief and only few weeks after I was fully recovered. Mark is an excellent professional with great understanding of different physio techniques. During the sessions he guided me through how human body works and explained me why every single procedure is needed. Although I hope all the pain is behind me, I became a regular now and visit him once a month for refreshing and relaxing massage. Very highly recommended!

I started having back issues in 2008, culminating in a drop foot and back operation in 2011. In late 2017, I really started struggling with back issues again. In early 2018 my wife found out about Mark and Sandie and organised an appointment. I had never heard of or met them before 2018, but it didn't take long before I felt totally at ease and was able to go through my issues. At this time I didn't realise the cause of my issues, was an autoimmune and lung disease and it wasn't until spring 2019 that the NHS diagnosed this. But until my diagnosis, my physical and mental health was at an all time low and I was severely struggling, with extreme muscle tension and fatigue, chest infections and multiple other issues associated with my condition. During this time, Mark and Sandie were absolute beacons of light and their positivity and various healing techniques, kept me going, when I was struggling to find anything else that could. I was on numerous types of wrong medication, and it was only my visits to Mark and Sandie, that enabled me to function again and start getting my life back on track, until I was diagnosed. I enjoyed spinal touch, reflexology, Lymphatic Draining Massage, Myofascial Release, Emmett, Jaw Therapy, Hot Stone and Aromatherapy massage and Reiki. These therapy sessions were life savers and not only did they improve my physical and mental well being until my next appointment, I actually started living again. After spending Oct 2017 until I met them pretty much bed and house bound, with limited energy and feeling thoroughly beaten I had a new lease of life. Not only did they treat my symptoms, better than any medication did, they helped my body heal and get the strength back until I was actually correctly diagnosed. I will never be able to repay them for all the research they did and effort they put into helping me. They went above and beyond and are quite simply an extraordinary couple who really, really care about you and your health. They were just what I needed at the right time and without them, I have no idea how I would of coped. I have become very friendly with them over the last couple of years and know now, that I could trust them completely with regards to their professional ethics and I knew that if they couldn't help me, they would of told me so as I know they had to do with some enquiring customers, whose conditions wouldn't of benefited from their treatments. Their knowledge of the human body and integrity is incredible and they are constantly learning new techniques (Sandie has recently become a reiki master) and both of them are regularly reviewing and updating their current skills in line with current practices. I know this is quite a gushing review, but it is my truth of my time with them and I highly recommend them as people and therapists. Their warmth, integrity, professionalism and caring nature elevated me, through the most difficult period of my life during my late 40's and I am now a much happier and healthier 50 + because of them. I have been seeing Sandie for about 10 years now. I mainly go to Welcome Health for a full body aromatherapy massage and reiki. I don’t think I’ve ever felt as relaxed and pampered as I do in Sandie’s presence, it really is like being looked after by an old friend. From time to time I see Sandie for therapeutic purposes and she is fantastic at sorting out painful knots in my back and occasional niggly back pain. She uses a range of techniques such as cupping, spinal alignment, Emmett technique and more. I would also recommend Welcome Health’s range of homemade, organic and natural products such as Muscle Magic and wax melts to name but a few. Mark and Sandie are both extremely well trained and professional and I look forward to seeing what they bring to their growing range of services in the future.

I found Sandie about a year ago now, I’ve never been to anyone else since! No problem is too big or too small, she delivers the best personalised service for all my aches and pains, using the perfect oils to match my mood and/or pains and performing the most beneficial massage techniques. I could go on and on, I couldn’t recommend welcome health enough!!

Finding a business that offers fantastic is always great - but it’s an added bonus when it turns out to be very local too! I enjoyed a relaxing and stress-reducing reiki session from Sandie, and will be booking in again soon for Hopi ear candles treatment now I’ve seen all the other treatments on offer.
