Great service at good price

Good points: engineer fixed the problem with our boiler that had no power (internal fuse replacement)Bad points: called and company and said engineer could arrive in half an hour but took almost two hours; as it was Saturday evening, we were told there would be a call out fee of £60 plus labour (assumed, wrongly, that labour would be at most £100 ph - the top end of average labour costs for plumbers) but ended up paying a total of £319 for a 15-minute job.Overall a company that has no transparency over its fees, applies an unfair charges, and isn't honest with the timings of its engineer callouts. Remember to ask up front the total estimated figure for the work before accepting a service from this company and expect delayed arrival.
